Our organization aims to promote the recognition of healthcare personnel by encouraging and supporting them in their profession. We aspire to change the often-negative perception of healthcare professions by highlighting the inherent positivity in these roles, despite frequently cited challenges such as staffing shortages, exhaustion, and deaths in emergency rooms. We believe that this approach will inspire the next generation to engage in this field. We want to honor these professionals so that they take pride in carrying the title of "heart of care." By offering daily mementos and organizing evenings in their honor, we aim to ensure that they constantly feel our support and appreciation for their essential work.
